Relaxation is as important as eating food daily. Most of the people are running behind money, business and jobs remaining behind the relaxation time. Today’s competitive world is also responsible for no relaxation time.
Most of the people only dreams of relaxing but not able to relax. Even weekends are also busy for some guys because of their office work and all that. Finding time for relaxation is quite necessary for better life.
People who are not relaxed are suffering from various health issues nowadays. Because of busy schedules most of the people are suffering from health disorders like stress, depression etc. Because of these disorders people are also unsatisfied with their family and partners.
Overcoming all these disorders is necessary and it can be done by finding time for relaxation. If you will able to find some time for relaxation then you will be able to live better life with better health and better relations with your family and partner. You will be able to concentrate on your work better than previously.
I am going to discuss some relaxation techniques which may be beneficial to you guys. The best way is to set a time for daily relaxation. I think one hour is enough on regular basis. If you can find time twice in morning and evening then it’s quite helpful for your health.
Meditation is also a best way to keep you relax and cool. Meditation early in the morning is much beneficial. In the morning the air is fresh and inhaling the fresh air is quite helpful for your health also. Meditation about 25 minutes a day is enough with other relaxing activities.
Choosing activity according to your like is much important than other things. Try to spend time in the activity you like the most. You can listen music, massage etc. The best suitable activity you choose is the best way of relaxation.

Eating disorders are said to be the conditions caused because of abnormal eating habits. These eating habits may include insufficient intake of food or excessive food intake. These depend on the taste of every human being. People eat in excess when they get food according to their likings and eat less in other cases.
Most of the people are totally unaware about eating disorders. Making people aware about eating disorders is very necessary in today’s world. Because of eating disorders people are suffering from health disorders. I am writing this post to tell my readers about eating disorders.
The occurrence of eating disorders is long term. These disorders may happen because of other health disorders like anxiety, depression etc. Because of these disorders, one is not able to eat up to that required by the body. Because of less eating, one can suffer from other health disorders.
Mostly women suffer from eating disorders. A research shows that about 80% of those suffering from eating disorders are women. Young women in between 12-25 years are more prone to eating disorders. Nowadays boys are also increasing having eating disorders.
The symptoms of eating disorders are unusual eating habits such as eating few foods, eating some foods in limited amount, avoiding some nutritious foods, counting calories of every food etc. This type of situation is known as anorexia nervosa.
Some people eat in excess at a single time which is a quite bad habit. Because of excessive eating, they suffer from disorders like vomiting, use of water pills to get rid of it. This type of situation is known as bulimia nervosa.
Anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa may affect badly to our health. Because of anorexia one can suffer from low blood pressure, low heart rate which increases the chances of heart failure. Because of bulimia, your teeth may get affected. The acid in vomit affects the outer layers of teeth, damage the esophagus and also cause inflammation.

Making your immune system healthy is the best way to prevent you from various diseases and seasonal health problems. Avoiding things which are not suitable to your body is a nice way to keep your immune system better.

Smoking for enjoyment is not so bad as smoking addiction. Smoking occasionally with your friends harms you body less than regular smokers. If you leave smoking then your body recovers that harm. Why most of the people smoke after knowing the bad effects of smoking. There is only one word for that “addiction”.
Addiction of anything is harmful. Addiction of drinking alcohol, addiction of drugs, addiction of medicines are most popular addictions which may cause more and more health problems. Smoking may create health problems like lung cancer, oral cancer, infertility etc.
The addiction of smoking is because of nicotine present in the tobacco. Nicotine produces some effects which mat alter you mood for a short period of time. This altering effect of mood forces you to smoke again and again.
The symptoms of smoking addiction may include inability to stop smoking, need of cigarette in every condition, smoking during illness, giving up activities which don’t allow you to smoke, fighting with parents on smoking etc.
Quit smoking is not so easy because people having addiction of smoking may suffer from some health problems. The main disorders include headaches, indigestion, sore throat, insomnia, depression, anxiety etc.
Research on smoking shows that most of young guys have started smoking by observing their friends or relatives. Also smoking by family members inside the home also encourage others to smoke. Elder people of family should take care of this thing.
Keeping yourself busy in other activities may help you to quit smoking. Avoiding friends who used to smoke is also beneficial to quit smoking. I know it’s quite difficult to leave friends but if you are determined to quit smoking then you have to do it.
So friends, don’t smoke to keep your self healthy. It’s better not to start smoking than to quit it.
